LOGISTICS SALES EXECUTIVE

We provide red carpet customer service to clients ranging from locally expanding companies to global S&P500 companies, and we have our amazing team to thank for it! 

You’re going to be talking to customers. A lot. You’ll sort out their issues and chaos by leaving them delighted, because you’re brilliant at customer service and problem solving. Your success will expand Trans-Pro’s further global reach while simultaneously developing your business, brand and portfolio as a foremost expert in the logistics world.

•    Your base salary: $40 000
•    Your salary when you reach commission level (usually 6 months to a year): $75 000
•    Average commission salary of our Senior Sales Executives: $185 000
•    Top 5% of our Seniors make over $300 000+

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

•    The purpose of this role is to sell Trans-Pro’s full scope of services to new clients ranging from land transportation across North America to Global Freight Forwarding.
•    Build strong relationships with new prospects and close new business by maintaining a full business development cycle through: Cold Calls, Emails and Meetings (face 2 face and/or Virtual).
•    Exceed customers’ expectations by maintaining internal KPIs & assuring risk-minimization.
•    Negotiate with shippers and carriers to ensure optimal level of service and profit maximization.
•    Delivery premium turn-key solutions to your customers by ensuring their daily needs are met with professionalism and pristine execution
